By accessing or using CloutStreamz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use CloutStreamz. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

3. Account Registration and Security

4. User Conduct and Content

4.1 Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to post, upload, or transmit any content that:

• Is violent, threatening, harassing, or promotes hate speech
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Promotes illegal activities or violates any laws

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Services
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Create multiple accounts or use fake accounts
• Manipulate metrics (views, likes, followers) artificially

5. Broadcaster Terms

5.1 Broadcasting Requirements

If you broadcast on CloutStreamz, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and provide valid identification
• Comply with all content guidelines and community standards
• Ensure all persons appearing in your stream are 18+ and have consented
• Not stream copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for viewers

5.2 Revenue and Payments

Broadcasters may earn revenue through:

• Virtual gifts from viewers
• Subscriptions and memberships
• Commission-based programs

We retain a percentage of revenue as our service fee. Payment terms and payout schedules are detailed in the Broadcaster Agreement. Minimum payout thresholds apply.

6. Virtual Currency and Purchases

6.1 Virtual Currency

CloutStreamz uses virtual currency ("Coins") for purchases within the platform. You acknowledge that:

• Coins have no real-world monetary value
• Coins are non-refundable except as required by law
• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash
• We may modify coin prices and availability at any time
• Unused coins may expire according to our policies

6.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You agree to comply with their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for payment processing errors or disputes.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content on CloutStreamz, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting our Services.

7.2 Our Content

All aspects of the Services, including logos, trademarks, software, and design, are owned by CloutStreamz and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

7.3 Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact our copyright agent at copyright@cloutstreamz.com with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• Your signature (physical or electronic)

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service "As Is"

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUTSTREAMZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8.3 User Content

We are not responsible for user-generated content. We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy of any user content. You interact with other users at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CloutStreamz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content or conduct
